Pickups sorted.Without the texts.

Paryta is a family organiser app for UK families: one place for the family calendar, school and club dates, pickups, helpers such as grandparents, and life admin, coming soon to iPhone, Android and the web. One place for all of it

Everything a busy household has to remember

The things that live in your head, your inbox and six different group chats, finally in one place.

Renewals and bills

Car insurance, MOT, council tax, TV licence, broadband. Last year's price shown before you renew.

School and activities

School emails, clubs, kit days and trips, pulled out of the emails you forward and the WhatsApp messages you share.

Birthdays and presents

Parties, anniversaries and who gave what last time, so presents are never a scramble.

Appointments

Appointments, haircuts and parents' evenings, with the right person reminded.

Travel

Flights and check-in for everyone, with pickups and clashes spotted early.

Your own life admin

On your own? Passport, car, gym and bills all work just as well for one.

How it works

Thirty seconds in. One less thing to remember.

  1. Drop it in

Type one line, forward an email or share from WhatsApp. “Mia's party Saturday 2pm” is enough.

  2. Paryta sorts it

Dates, owners and reminders are set for you, and clashes with travel or pickups are flagged.

  3. The right person is nudged

Whoever owns it gets the reminder. Swap a pickup with one tap when plans change.

The year view

Build your year in a minute.

Tell Paryta what your family has to remember and watch the year fill in: half terms, clubs, birthdays, renewals and bin days. In the app the year opens as a simple list by month, and the wheel is one tap away.

  • Half terms, clubs, birthdays and renewals on one year
  • The next big moment, with the one thing to do next
  • Every moment is also in the list, so colour never carries meaning alone
Paryta's year view for a made-up family: a wheel of the next 12 months with half term highlighted in 11 days, and a card underneath counting down to the next big moment.

Helpers

Grandparents in. No app needed.

Ask for help in a tap. Grandma Jean gets the message from you with a link, taps yes or no, and your plan updates itself.

  • Big, clear buttons that work for every generation
  • Helpers only see what they need, never your private things
  • Everyone can see who is covering what
A helper's page opened from a link, with no app. Jo Hale is asking: Can you collect Mia? Wednesday 21 October, collect at 6pm, at Wrenfold Kids Club. A note from Jo and two large buttons: Yes, I can, and Not this time.
The ask arrives as a linkGrandma Jean's phone, no app
After saying yes, the helper's page says: Yes, I can. Thank you. Jo knows you can collect Mia on Wednesday 21 October at 6pm. Buttons to see all pickups, mark away days and add to a calendar.

Who sees what

Share what helps. Keep the rest private.

The same day looks different to each person. Here is what each one may see, using a made-up family.

You

You see your whole Today: the home's plans and your own private things.

Sam's other parent

Alex, Sam's other parent, sees only Sam's shared plans. Mia's things and your private things stay with you.

Not shown to them

  • Mia's appointment
  • Your haircut (private)
  • Car insurance

Grandma Jean

Grandma Jean sees only the pickups she has said yes to: the day, the time, the place and the children's first names. Never your calendar.

Not shown to them

  • School run
  • Mia's appointment
  • Cubs drop-off
  • Your haircut
  • Car insurance

The Cubs leader

The leader sees the club's own evening and your reply to it. Not your calendar, not who collects, and nothing from your home.

Not shown to them

  • Every family plan
  • Who collects Sam
  • Your haircut
  • Car insurance

Paryta staff see none of this. Children have a first name and a colour, never a photo.

Renewal price check

Never roll over at a higher price.

Paryta remembers what you paid last year and warns you in good time, so you can compare before the renewal goes through.

  • Insurance, MOT, broadband, TV licence and more
  • Last year's price side by side with the new one

Car insurance

Renews 3 Nov
Last year£486
Renewal quote£612

That is £126 more than last year. It is worth comparing before it rolls over.

For clubs, schools and groups

Run your club. Not the group chat.

Post once and every family gets it, by email or in the app. Sign-up sheets and consent in the same place, and parents do not need the app.

Why Paryta

Made by a dad who needed it

Paryta started with a busy working single dad, the grandparents who help with pickups, and the week of messages it takes to keep everyone in step. Paryta comes from the Latin parata, which means ready.
