When am I charged?
Not during your free year. You add a card when you sign up, and nothing is charged until your free year ends. Your first payment is £4.99 a month on Paryta, or £7.99 a month if you are on Premium by then.
Why do you need a card if the first year is free?
So your plan can carry on without a break when the free year ends. Nothing is charged during the free year, we remind you before the first payment, and you can cancel at any time before then.
How do the reminders work?
Before your free year ends, we remind you that it is ending, with the date of your first payment, the amount and how to cancel. If you do nothing, your plan carries on.
How do I cancel?
Any time, as easily as you joined: in your account on the website, or in your phone's subscription settings if you subscribed in the app. If you cancel during your free year, you are never charged.
How does the Premium trial work?
At any point in your free year you can try Premium free for three months. When the three months end, you choose: keep Premium and pay only the difference, £3 a month, for the rest of your first year, or go back to Paryta and pay nothing until your free year ends.
What happens at the end of my first year?
Your subscription carries on automatically on the plan you are on: £7.99 a month if you are on Premium, £4.99 a month on Paryta, unless you cancel. We remind you before the first payment.
What does the other parent pay?
Nothing. In a family with two homes, the other parent is invited and takes part free. Free to be invited and to take part. You pay only to run your household.
Do grandparents and helpers pay?
Never. Grandparents, helpers and friends answer from a simple link or the app, free, whatever happens.
Do families in our club or school pay?
No. Members of a group, such as Cubs, a sports club or a school, get updates and sign up free.
What if I join after the first year?
The founding offer is for everyone who signs up within the first year after Paryta launches. If you join after that, the prices on this page apply from the start, and you can still cancel any time.
